Shipping rates are already calculated into the price of your Xterra Frame when purchasd within the continental United States. For customers outside the U.S., a nominal shipping fee will apply. Please contact us, and we’ll work with you to ensure your Xterra Frame reaches your location.
Please consider the additional production time required for each order, which is added to shipping transit times below. Products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Shipping Methods
We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier for all orders within the continental United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
This applies to Xterra frames being shipped outside the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and sizes of the items in your order and the destination address. We only offer standard shipping rates for all orders within the continental United States.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by USPS and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or postal service delays, holidays, and asteroid impacts.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes. For customers outside the U.S., a nominal shipping fee will apply. Please contact us, and we’ll work with you to ensure your Xterra Frame reaches your location.
Order Tracking

Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to pick up the package from your local post office, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
